Please read this document carefully before engaging with our services in the Faridabad and Ballabhgarh regions.

1. Scope of Services

EYEONIQ CCTV Solutions provides professional security and surveillance services, including but not limited to:

• CCTV Camera Installation (HD Analog, Network IP, and WiFi Smart Cameras).

• CCTV Repair and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

• Biometric Attendance & Access Control Systems.

• Video Door Phones & Smart Home Automation Solutions.

All services are subject to technician availability, site conditions, and scheduling agreements.

2. On-Site Surveys and Custom Plans

• Free Site Surveys: We provide complementary on-site evaluations for properties across Faridabad and Ballabhgarh to assess your security requirements.

• Customized Security Plans: Our technical blueprints, camera counts, and hardware recommendations are based on visible property layouts at the exact time of the inspection.

• Modifications: If you request alterations to the agreed-upon customized security design after the hardware has been ordered or installation has commenced, additional labor and equipment costs may apply.

3. Client Obligations and Access

To ensure a seamless and professional installation process, the client must fulfill the following:

• Property Access: Provide our certified technicians with full, safe access to the installation site at the scheduled date and time.

• Infrastructure Requirements: Ensure a stable power source and, if your plan requires smartphone streaming, an active internet connection with sufficient upload speed for mobile viewing configuration.

• Permits & Approvals: Obtain any necessary permissions, housing society NOCs, or landlord approvals required to mount cameras and route cables on the property before our team arrives.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

• Quotations: All pricing provided in our formal quotes is transparent, with no hidden costs. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Milestones: Standard projects may require an advance deposit prior to hardware procurement, with the final remaining balance due immediately upon successful installation and testing.

• Late Payments: Failure to clear outstanding invoices within the agreed timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of ongoing support, AMC coverage, or remote technical configurations.

5. Warranties and Maintenance

• Hardware Warranty: All installed equipment (cameras, DVRs/NVRs, power supplies, biometric modules) carries specific manufacturing warranties, which we honor and facilitate directly on your behalf.

• Workmanship Service Warranty: EYEONIQ provides a standard 1-year service warranty on our physical installation work (wiring, clip routing, physical adjustments).

• Warranty Exclusions: Our service warranty does not cover damages resulting from power surges, lightning strikes, flooding, extreme weather events, physical tampering, or repairs attempted by unauthorized third-party technicians.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our STQC-certified CCTV systems and security infrastructure act as a powerful deterrent against unauthorized entry and theft, they do not guarantee absolute immunity from security breaches.

EYEONIQ CCTV Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including property damage, theft, or data loss, resulting from a system bypass, power outage, network failure, or internet disconnection that disrupts live tracking or recording functionality. We strongly advise all clients to maintain comprehensive property insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, layouts, graphics, and technical documentation displayed on the EYEONIQ website or within our project proposals are the exclusive intellectual property of EYEONIQ CCTV Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial reuse of this material is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India. Any disputes, disagreements, or legal claims arising from our website usage or service execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Faridabad.
